Encore is seeking a Technical Lead for on-site audiovisual operations in a hospitality environment. You will setup, operate, and breakdown AV systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure guest satisfaction while mentoring junior Technicians.
You will engage with guests on site, maintain strong client relationships, and support billing and equipment coordination. A valid driver’s license and 2–3+ years of AV experience are required.
