Impact Justice in Oakland is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for the California Justice Leaders program. The role is full-time, exempt, and based in Oakland with domestic travel. You will supervise program staff, guide data-driven outcomes, and ensure compliance with AmeriCorps regulations.
You will collaborate with leadership to secure placements, monitor progress, and manage budgets and HR for CJL. A strong anti-racist, social-justice oriented approach is essential.
