Assistant Director of Music Ministry

About the Position

We are seeking an Assistant Director of Music Ministry to support the Director of Music Ministry in organization, planning, communication, and production of liturgical music for a bi‑lingual program. Flexibility in scope may exist based on candidate strengths.
Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and production of music for masses, funerals, weddings, and other special events
Coordinate and communicate with music volunteers, musicians, and parishioners
Assist with a variety of administrative tasks
Some evening and weekend work may be required
Required Abilities

Knowledge of and experience with Catholic liturgy and music
Strong organizational and communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability preferred
Semi‑professional or professional level vocal or piano/organ performance abilities are a huge plus
