Our client, a fast growing company in Texas, is looking for a

Creative Services Manager

to lead the development of compelling creative assets that support marketing, sales, community engagement, and customer growth initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative leader who combines strong design expertise with exceptional project management skills. The ideal candidate can take a concept from the initial idea through final execution while ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects a consistent and impactful brand experience.

What You'll Do
Create and Execute Compelling Designs

Develop creative concepts for campaigns, market launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.

Design and manage assets across digital and traditional channels, including websites, social media, email, direct mail, outdoor advertising, print materials, and events.

Transform strategic ideas into engaging visual experiences.

Own Brand Consistency

Maintain visual standards across all customer-facing materials.

Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistency across every channel.

Help strengthen and evolve the Confidentia brand identity.

Support Marketing Campaigns

Partner with marketing teams to develop high-impact campaign materials.

Manage creative timelines, priorities, and production schedules.

Ensure assets are delivered accurately and on time.

Manage Creative Partnerships

Build relationships with printers, photographers, promotional vendors, and creative agencies.

Oversee production quality, timelines, and final deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of professional creative design experience.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools.

Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

A strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
