About the role
This role focuses on end-to-end product management, including market research, defining product strategy and USP, pricing, and overseeing product development from concept to launch. It also ensures product‑market fit, manages inventory and supply chain performance, and guarantees accuracy in technical documentation, packaging, and marketing content.
Responsibilities
Thoroughly investigate and analyze markets, products, and competitors (full research cycle).
Develop product categories and create product matrices.
Define product requirements and unique selling proposition (USP).
Develop pricing strategy.
Inventory management and product turnover control.
Validate USP in marketing communications.
Define parameters for the visual component of the product.
Monitor testing and production processes.
Supervise product creation, ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
Introduce products to markets.
Accountable
Define product requirements and outline the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) for accurate representation through rich content online and offline.
Adapt the product to meet the requirements of a specific market, including specification and certification processes.
Supply Chain Management (PSI/CPFR).
Target Weeks of Supply (WOS) by category.
Final validation of content on packaging and across all guides (technical documentation).
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in Product/Category Management
Fluent in English, Russian language is a plus
Strong market research & competitor analysis skills
Experience with pricing strategy & product positioning (USP)
Knowledge of inventory management & supply chain (PSI/CPFR, WOS)
Experience in product development & technical specifications
