Job Description
Works with leaders, providing enhanced customer service. Partners with Wellness Advocates in helping to build their business success and to stay abreast of corporate affairs.

Job Responsibilities

Build relationships with Wellness Advocates that encourage and motivate

Monitor sales and ensure timely recognition of various levels of achievement

Provide accurate and correct understanding and application of dōTERRA’s compensation plan

Respond fairly and accurately to questions regarding the compensation plan

Handle exception requests and represent those requests when needed

Strategize with consultants and help them be more effective

Set up conference calls, send conference call notes, send welcome/congratulatory letters

Assist with other projects and responsibilities as needed

Manage a group of Wellness Advocates at a specific rank for the region you represent

Job Qualifications

Preferred 1 + Years of Experience

Ability to establish professional relationships and partner with Wellness Advocates

Outgoing and positive personality with the ability to communicate effectively, respond to concerns, and strategically solve problems

Familiarity with dōTERRA’s compensation plan & proven ability to follow through on assignments and customer needs

Experience with the direct selling industry and customer service preferred

Proficiency in DataTrax required (Training will be provided) & commitment to work full-time preferred

Ability to problem solve
