Video Shorts Editor Volunteer

Be Kingdom Builders is growing, the content is strong, and we are looking for someone who wants to help take it to the next level.
We are a 501(c)(3) digital discipleship ministry calling believers out of passive Christianity and into real, Spirit-led obedience. We run a weekly live teaching stream on YouTube, and we batch record 8 to 12 short-form videos every week, each running around 60 seconds. The content has weight. It has the kind of clarity that can stop someone mid-scroll and genuinely shift how they think about their faith. We need the right editor to make sure it lands that way.
We are looking for a volunteer short-form video editor comfortable working in Descript. You would be editing our batch-recorded Shorts, Reels, and YouTube Shorts for maximum impact, along with pulling clips from our weekly live teaching when the moment calls for it. Captions, pacing, cuts. The volume is consistent and the workflow is already built. You are stepping into a rhythm, not building one from scratch.
This is a volunteer role, but it is not a small opportunity. You will work directly with the founder, build a portfolio of finished ministry content, and receive a professional reference and LinkedIn recommendation. As the ministry scales, this role has a real path to becoming paid.
One thing worth mentioning: Be Kingdom Builders is a Christian ministry, and we do ask that everyone who serves on our team shares that foundation. You do not need a theology degree or a perfect track record. But you do need a genuine, active faith in Jesus Christ and a heart for what this ministry is doing. We will ask for a brief testimony as part of your application, not to put you on the spot, but because this work flows out of something real and we want everyone building it to be rooted in the same thing.
To apply, send your resume, a few samples of your work, and a brief testimony to volunteer@bekingdombuilders.com. Tell us who you are, what you believe, and why this opportunity caught your attention.
