Fay Servicing is seeking an FVP, Consumer Advocacy to oversee domestic and offshore customer service teams, including the Consumer Advocacy and Complaints groups. You will lead a multi-channel contact center transformation, drive omni-channel engagement, and ensure quality, efficiency and compliance aligned with investor expectations.
The role reports to the SVP, Account Management and requires extensive leadership in financial services, CRM systems, and data-driven performance management.
