Has an existing network across beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, grooming & DTC brands
Can quickly identify, negotiate, and onboard top U.S. & international beauty brands
Understands category buying, margins, pricing, and marketplace operations
Is self-driven, commercially sharp, and ready to move fast
