Job Summary
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering a re‑imagined consumer digital solutions portfolio that enhances business performance and end‑user experiences. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, leverage insights and consumer‑centric design, and oversee the implementation of digital strategies to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
New product development and life‑cycle management from ideation to launch, including end‑of‑life planning to deliver a market‑leading consumer digital asset portfolio.
Rapid prototyping and piloting emerging technologies to test viability before full‑scale implementation.
Stay current with Pharmacy Benefit Management, healthcare industry, and digital health trends to incorporate learnings into product design and planning.
Act as a Voice of Customer to inform personas, roadmaps, and backlog prioritization of web, mobile and connected devices assets.
Design user journeys that address pain points, unmet needs and optimize touch points to balance clinical value, technology feasibility and business impact.
Lead cross‑functional teams to drive alignment and continuous improvement for on‑time delivery of high‑quality products and user experience.
Expand omni‑channel communication tools and campaigns to strengthen our mobile‑first strategy.
Implement analytics and measurement capabilities to build reporting dashboards.
Serve as an SME while supporting internal training and external client demos, highlighting product features and effectively resolving consumer and client challenges.
Contribute to go‑to‑market strategies, positioning and launch plans in coordination with marketing, sales, operations and external agency teams.
Model and cultivate behaviors that achieve business success, including collaboration, accountability, and ownership.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
BS/BA and 5+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 2 years of SME in respective areas.
Computer Skills:
Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Outlook) and working knowledge of Figma, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence.
Analytical and critical thinking to innovate solutions.
Sound judgment and decision‑making.
Collaboration with cross‑functional projects and liaison with stakeholders on both business and IT sides.
Positive interaction with clients, staff at all levels, and accountability for service commitments and results.
Reliability: appear for work on time, follow directions, interact well with co‑workers, understand work rules and procedures, comply with corporate policies, accept constructive criticism, set goals and exhibit initiative.
Reasoning, Mathematical, and Language Skills

Work with probability, statistical inference, geometry, trigonometry, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions in practical situations.

Location and Work Hours
This position works on‑site at the San Diego Headquarters or other company location, or from a remote location with management approval based on business requirements. Core business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, but flexibility to work beyond traditional hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays, is required.
Travel
Domestic travel up to 10% of the time.
Physical Demands
Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
