Job Description

Implement User Experience paths for various application modules.

Creation of the User Journey / User Experience.

Execute designs and user journey with technical knowledge of platforms currently used, design and build solutions.

Present all work in design review and code review sessions, explaining and supporting decisions.

Interface with business analysts, developers, and project managers to clarify requirements.

Prepare documentation that describes work efforts and supports decisions.

Evaluate and plan design and experience roadmaps.

Review technical requirements and documentation.

Work with teams to determine if applications meet specifications and technical requirements.

Demonstrate knowledge of development methodologies, concepts, skills, and application in current platform.

Apply process design and redesign skills.

Analyze and determine integration needs.

Apply project management skills.

Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.

Qualifications

Experience with UI/UX development tools like Adobe XD.

Experience with mobile UI/UX Development for Android and iOS.

Strong understanding of wire‑framing and conceptual modeling.

Strong software integration experience.

Understanding of commercial software development lifecycle practices.

Experience with various web development tools and IDE environments.

Experience in a highly motivated, fast‑paced, critical development role.

Excellent decision‑making and critical‑thinking skills.

Ability to work in fast‑paced, quickly changing environments.
