Marotta Controls is seeking a Production Engineer to join their Power & Actuation Systems team in Parsippany, NJ. The ideal candidate will bring experience in mid to senior level manufacturing engineering and focus on developing and maintaining production methods that meet customer demand. This role emphasizes problem-solving and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and manufacturing quality.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, as well as familiarity with Lean Manufacturing practices, tooling, and assembly processes. A collaborative work environment is fostered, encouraging input at all levels.
