Director of People Relations & Leave Strategy

The Wonderful Company is seeking a Director of HR to oversee employee relations and leave management strategies. This position requires 15+ years of experience and deep knowledge of employment laws, including ADA and FMLA.
As a trusted advisor, you will manage escalated employee issues and facilitate training sessions to promote a high-performing workplace culture. The role is primarily hybrid, requiring in-office work three days a week.
