Job Description
Join the Product Marketing team which is a strategic function within the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management marketing organization, based in New York. The role focuses on bringing advice‑led and self‑directed wealth management products to market, ensuring their success, and creating greater awareness of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management among Chase clients to further penetrate targeted consumer bank client segments with wealth management. This involves understanding the target market, defining product value propositions, and developing strategies to promote and sell the products effectively across all stages of the marketing funnel and marketing channels, while integrating the brand and value propositions within the consumer bank ecosystem, including Chase branches, J.P. Morgan Financial Centers, and Private Client products.

Job Responsibilities

Architect how our wealth management value propositions show up within our consumer marketing ecosystem to accelerate wealth management penetration and growth.

Own wealth management merchandising, signage, and client experience strategy in Chase branches and J.P. Morgan Financial Centers, in partnership with Consumer marketing.

Drive tighter integration with consumer marketing to build a more cohesive client experience for our more affluent clients that bank and invest with us.

Oversee implementation and execution of these marketing strategies in partnership with key marketing and field engagement teams.

Contribute to the research roadmap by conducting competitive intelligence, administering advisor surveys, and facilitating rapid research testing.

Ensure the wealth management field is engaged, aware of, and enabled with necessary marketing strategy information and tools in partnership with field engagement teams.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of marketing strategy experience.

Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross‑functional teams in a matrix management organization.

Proven ability to develop and launch new concepts that drive customer engagement in innovative ways, while demonstrating a customer‑centric mindset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, with expertise in product marketing preferred.

Ability to analyze opportunities, problems, and recommend solutions.

Results‑focused and highly organized with attention to detail and a bias toward action.
