Director of Performance Marketing & Sales Excellence

Audiohook is seeking a Director of Sales Leadership to build and guide a high-performing team of Senior Performance Marketing Sales Consultants. The role focuses on coaching discovery, strategic thinking, and client communication, while embedding Audiohook’s consultative sales methodology across the organization.
The Director will own pipeline quality, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Client Success to reduce churn and drive long-term revenue growth.
