Responsibilities:

Engaging in face to face sales with potential customers about offers/promotions

Problem‑solve and make a professional judgment on whether customers qualify for the in‑store services that the firm’s clients offer (candidate will be trained in this area)

Analyze data on which offers are most successful amongst customers

Train and develop other representatives on best practices

Competitive, motivated by money and willing to work hard to earn it

Must be energetic, positive, team‑oriented, and entrepreneurial

Team player; enjoys having a positive impact on others

Sales experience is not required but is a plus
