We are looking for a Marketing Associate with a winning mindset to own the marketing & sales process entirely. Strategy, execution, and everything in between. This is not a delegation role. You will have the opportunity to be hands on, coaching a team and driving sales growth.

Marketing Associate Key Responsibilities

Represent client brands through live marketing campaigns and face-to-face customer interactions

Ensure successful brand outreach

Engage prospective customers in productive conversations on available products, services, and promotional offers

Assist with pop-up marketing campaigns and event promotions

Deliver excellent customer service while building strong relationships

Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing professional training

Help maintain a positive and energetic team environment

Marketing Associate Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
