Responsibilities

Training in management for customer service, marketing, admin, and sales consultants

Assisting in the daily operations of the client

Assisting in customer retention

Assisting in new business acquisition and increasing market share

Developing strong leadership skills to build a high‑performance, cross‑functional team environment

Relevant experience in customer service sales, marketing, advertising, public relations, marketing management is helpful but not required because we offer paid training (and we are willing to train those who have great attitudes/strong work ethic)

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Journalism is a plus but is not necessarily required
