Based on our growing success & momentum, as well as a massive market opportunity for us to expand, we are adding some key hires to our team. We are seeking a strong Charter Account Executive to join our team. We need someone with entrepreneurial and leadership attributes for this role. The Charter Account Executive role is critical for our success and represents a significant growth & career path opportunity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities using a variety of sources.
Master the ability to tell the Flanagan Bilton story and how we are a game changer for institutional commercial real estate owners.
Lean in on outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, Phone, and Email, and Networking to identify and engage priority targets
Drive a monthly sales cadence and quota
Utilize a customer-focused selling process to identify needs and goals of potential customers.
Conduct effective sales presentations via phone, video, and onsite with prospects
Value & Solution selling
Partner with other teams and roles to close high-value opportunities.
Build customer relationships to earn their business and referrals
Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly targets and goals
Utilize our CRM to internally track all activities
Act as a mentor to other team members including SDR Team
WHO YOU ARE: 5-8 years of successful Account Executive experience exceeding targets
Experience selling in the Commercial Real Estate space
Successful business development background generating leads
Willingness to lean in on heavy outbound prospecting
Strong networking and relationship building skills
Curiosity, ability to listen, desire to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and mentality
Coachable, flexible, and self-motivated
Diligent self-starter; someone with initiative
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Resilient, doesn’t give up easily
Experience with LinkedIn & email prospecting
