The Role

We're looking for a

Videographer & Editor

who feels a brand and knows how to translate that into content that stops the scroll and builds community.
One week you're shooting golden-hour footage at a lifestyle shoot on a mountain road in Colorado. The next, you're capturing the energy of a music festival, documenting teachers at our annual appreciation event, or going behind-the-scenes at our Jacksonville HQ. No two days are the same.
What You'll Be Doing

On-Location

Lifestyle and product shoot documentation
Community and charity events
Music festivals and brand sponsorships
Annual brand marketing events
Travel and field shoots
Behind-the-scenes content at Natural Life HQ
Livestream support and production
Day-in-the-life content featuring our team and founders
Long-Form

Contribute to an ongoing vlog series documenting the reality of building a lifestyle brand from the inside out
Edit for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and website
Deliver polished cuts and raw short-form content
Own your workflow from footage to final delivery
Color grade and sound mix to brand aesthetic
Who You Are

You're comfortable shooting off the cuff in-office content as well as running through a field trying to catch a moment before it disappears. You understand pacing, music, and emotion. You want to be part of something – a collaborator who grows with the brand, not someone who just drops off files.
You Likely Have:

A portfolio that shows range – lifestyle, event, documentary, short-form social
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro; After Effects a plus
Strong understanding of what performs on Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Experience shooting in varied lighting and environments
A good ear for music and sound
Ability to manage projects from shoot through delivery
Bonus: live streaming, drone, or photography experience
