Account Manager/Director

Duration: Full Time, Direct Hire

Location: 5 days on site in Norwood, MA (hybrid or remote candidates will not be considered)

Job Overview
Our client seeks an Agency Account Manager or Account Director with healthcare/pharma experience. This full‑time onsite role will begin immediately upon selection of the ideal candidate.

Roles and Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for the client, maintaining strong relationships through daily communication.

Translate client feedback into clear direction for internal teams.

Manage day‑to‑day account activities to ensure seamless execution of multi‑channel marketing programs aligned with business goals.

Deliver projects across channels (email, web, social, events, etc.) and turn strategy into actionable deliverables (briefs, timelines, reviews).

Lead meetings, kickoffs, and status updates.

Ensure all work is delivered on time, on brief, and on budget.

Partner with creative, digital, production, and operations teams to keep projects moving efficiently.

Support senior team members on complex initiatives.

Identify opportunities to improve work and grow the account.

Support leadership with client recommendations and upsell opportunities.

Represent and confidently defend agency work.

Qualifications & Experience

4–7 years of agency account management experience for Account Manager, or 8+ years for Account Director.

Salary range: Account Manager $90‑120k; Account Director $120‑155k.

Experience working in the pharma or healthcare sector is required.

Strong client communication and relationship management skills.

Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
