About the Role


The Company is seeking a VP, Enterprise Ad Sales for North America. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and sales execution across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a scalable sales strategy, aligning with the company's long-term goals, and leading a large sales and account management team. Deep relationships and local market understanding in the North American advertising market are essential, as is a proven track record of engaging at the CEO and CMO level. The role also involves fostering a strong company culture, managing budgets, and ensuring consistent alignment with cross-functional teams.

To excel in this position, candidates must have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive sales leadership experience in AdTech, digital media, or performance advertising, with a strong preference for those with 12 years' in a senior sales role. The role requires a leader with exceptional commercial judgment, strong quantitative and analytical skills, and the ability to balance tactical execution with strategic vision. The VP will be expected to have a comprehensive knowledge of both the publisher and advertiser business, and be technologically savvy to support deal implementation and optimization. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as is the ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships. The role is not just about strategy but also about direct and sustained engagement with clients, agencies, and channel partners at the senior level.
