Account Director Responsibilities Lead multi‑channel campaigns with a focus on earned media, cultural storytelling, and social/digital engagement.
Collaborate with Integrated Agency Teams, working alongside creative, paid media, influencer, and experiential partners.
Oversee campaign launches from planning to activation, including event production, talent management, and development of media materials.
Create data‑driven presentations and decks to transform ideas into actionable plans.
Build trusted relationships with senior clients, offering strategic POVs and counsel.
Ensure programs are rooted in insights and measured against KPIs.
Manage diverse internal teams and subject‑matter experts with clarity and organization.
Mentor team members, fostering growth, innovation, and creative execution.
Qualifications Strong passion for lifestyle and beauty brands with awareness of emerging cultural and consumer trends.
Proven experience executing successful earned‑media campaigns that drive social engagement and cultural impact.
Expertise navigating Integrated Agency Teams, managing multiple workstreams and clients.
Strategic thinker with instincts for earned media and social buzz.
Ability to remain nimble and counsel clients through analysis and feedback.
Confidence working with senior clients and leading large teams.
Strong presentation, writing, and creative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Commitment to the agency’s success and individual professional growth.
Basic Qualifications At least 7 years’ experience in agency, PR/Communications space.
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Management, or related field.
Salary Range: $100,000 USD – $130,000 USD (actual range depends on market, experience, and other factors).
