Technical Writer
Location: Chandler, Arizona (Hybrid)

Role Overview
A Technical Writer is sought to work with development and product managers, engineers, technical trainers, and other technical writers to create and refine technical documentation. The role requires a hands‑on approach to the technology and products being documented. The objective is to enhance and expand current documentation, providing a variety of learning tools for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Translate technical information into clear, concise, and effective documentation for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Assist in defining documentation standards, style, and terminology.

Deliver post‑sales content for online documentation and provide UI text for UX and Engineering staff.

Integrate graphics and illustrations to improve documentation quality and usability.

Work cross‑functionally with SMEs in Engineering, Field Support, Sales, Training, and Product Marketing.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, communications, or a related field is required. Technical writing or communications certifications are also acceptable.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing is necessary.

Technical Skills: The position requires hands‑on experience with JIRA and Confluence. Candidates should possess strong oral, written, analytic, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in writing online help and knowledge base articles.

Experience working in an Agile environment.

Experience in network and/or cloud security is a plus.
