About the Opportunity
DMI is looking for a Technical Writer.
Responsibilities
Develop training programs and instructional materials of company processes and procedures
Create detailed Visio process maps to accompany procedural documentation
Conduct quality control of produced work by program writers to ensure style guide adherence
Manage a team of writers, editing team member documentation, and providing feedback and guidance on documentation standards
Develop and implement organizational document management standards and activities
Apply knowledge of ISO:20000, ISO:27001 certification, ITIL Certification
Create and maintain quarterly reports and accomplishments
Manage system diagram/run book documentation refresh effort and ongoing maintenance
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree
2+ years project experience
1+ years PM experience with a federal agency or federal contractor
3+ years Information Technology Experience
US Citizenship
