Your Opportunity
This role supports the North American Client Group Marketing department by implementing email and marketing automation campaigns that focus on client acquisition, retention, and share of wallet.

This role requires a data‑driven mindset, robust knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tactics (specifically Pardot and Salesforce), and a rich understanding of the financial advisor and institutional investor sales process and client journey.

This role requires a high level of detail and precision with a mindset of constant improvement and optimization.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and execute initiatives that elevate our email program to best‑in‑class standards and enhance the client and prospect experience.

Work with marketing partners, stakeholders, and manager to strategize and build robust client and prospect multitouch experiences that facilitate retention, share of wallet, and net new clients.

Act as an email design/development SME to identify design and rendering issues and make recommendations.

Create new email templates based on best practices and internal brand standards.

Consistently stay up to date on email and marketing automation best practices while bringing new ideas to the team.

Work within Pardot day to day to execute email campaigns and drip journeys for the Institutional and Intermediary channels.

Contribute to our analytics and testing strategy; support reporting on email metrics and make recommendations for optimization.

Be a Pardot subject‑matter expert, understand the inner workings of Pardot and its relation to our customer acquisition and retention strategy.

Help maintain best practices for Pardot, including naming conventions, list management, lead flow, segmentation, syncing behavior, and user management.

Create and manage segmented lists based on client personas, digital behavior, and demographic data.

Act as an Engage subject‑matter expert and implement training, reporting, and optimization.

Develop landing pages and forms that adhere to branding, design, and UX best practices.

Act autonomously on most decisions; guidance is required for more complex judgments.

Be a team player and easy to work with.

Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Must Have Skills

Knowledge of financial markets and an understanding of the intermediary and institutional sales process.

Experience developing multi‑touch drip journeys for all client lifecycles.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Results‑driven individual with ability to act tactically while thinking strategically.

Ability to leverage data to extract insights that inform ROI and drive campaign optimization.

Ability to identify areas for improvement across all areas of work.

Ability to strategically execute on new ideas and initiatives without the need for oversight.

Proficiency in email design, UX, and visual hierarchy principles.

Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email development, with several years’ experience in email‑specific coding and troubleshooting inbox rendering issues.

Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.

5+ years of Pardot experience. Pardot Consultant certification required.

4+ years Salesforce experience required.

2+ years experience in the investment management or wealth management industry.

Nice to Have Skills

Experience writing copy for the financial advisor demographic.

Working knowledge of Git (Azure Dev‑Ops or GitHub).

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $110,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through August 30, 2026. Colorado law requires an estimated closing date for job postings. Please don't be discouraged from applying if you see this date has passed.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
