Our Integrated Marketing Specialists are experts in identifying the needs of our clients and matching them with the perfect distribution channel, including broadcast, digital, and special event platforms.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business‑to‑business sales and superior management of both large and small accounts

Prospecting, cold calling, and development of new sales opportunities (Hunting skills required!)

Creation of client‑focused sales plans to meet/exceed goals, and ensure client needs are met

Participation in team/market efforts, meetings, and events

Cross‑departmental responsibilities to ensure the client’s needs are fully met beyond the sale.

Assisting with collection efforts from clients

Creation of client‑focused sales plans to meet/exceed goals in conjunction with Target and Key Account development

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Committed to building and developing new relationships, including essential networking opportunities.

Maintaining and building strong relationships with new and existing clients

Ability to diagnose and recommend advertising campaigns based on client needs

Professional demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication, and customer service skills

Successful track record working with major accounts

Digital and other media sales are a strong plus

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and the ability to easily learn industry‑specific software required

Dedication to CRM entry on a daily basis

Strong written and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills)

Submit to a criminal background check

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

Legal right to work in the United States

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

3‑5 years of business‑to‑business sales experience, with experience in media preferred.
