Producing custom t-shirt designs, the full-time Graphic Artist will handle production art duties for screen printing, DTG, and embroidery departments while taking customer concepts to print-ready status in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities

Create custom t-shirt designs based on customer ideas and specifications
Manage production art tasks to ensure timely delivery of print-ready materials
Stay updated on current design trends and apply them to projects

Required qualifications

2-5 years of experience in graphic t-shirt design
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Knowledge of the screen printing and embroidery industry
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Strong organizational skills and proactive work ethic
