GEM Marketing Agency is hiring an Entry-Level Brand Marketing Representative to join our in-store marketing team in Tucson. We partner with nationally recognized Fortune 500 brands and connect customers with products through face-to-face marketing inside major retail locations.

This position is ideal for recent college graduates or motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, and business development.

What You'll Do

Represent nationally recognized brands inside partnered retail locations

Educate customers about products, promotions, and services

Create positive customer experiences through professional communication

Learn the fundamentals of brand marketing, customer acquisition, and campaign execution

Work alongside experienced mentors in a collaborative team environment
