Hybrid Working Arrangement

Location: Preston, WA office – 3+ days a week. On‑site presence may be required for special projects or events beyond usual office days.
What You’ll Do

Leverage brand guidelines to generate engaging layouts and designs that promote and match content and brand.
Design and deliver print and web graphics, including POS, OOH advertising, print ads, fleet graphics, merchandising literature, web and social media banners, PowerPoint slides, event signage, and booth graphics.
Partner with Creative Studio and Creative Production Lead to understand brief requirements and deliver project assets on schedule.
Apply design principles to create thoughtful, strategic designs.
Create and produce product mock‑ups and/or prototypes for sales and marketing presentations.
Work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
Manage the project design queue, executing multiple projects at once.
Collaborate with the Photo‑Video Studio and Packaging teams as needed.
Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring

1+ years of design experience, ideally in Consumer Package Goods (CPG).
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred; associate degree required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
Familiarity with retail point‑of‑sale elements, temporary and permanent displays, and collateral marketing materials.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
3D rendering or motion/animation skills are a plus.
Experience designing PowerPoint presentations is beneficial.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and accommodate a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends for special assignments.

Hourly Rate

$29.00 – $35.00 (based on experience). New hires typically receive between the minimum and midpoint, with potential adjustments for experience, internal equity and market.
