2nd Shift Production Supervisor — Lead, Train & Drive Efficiency

Affordable Interior Systems Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to support the Production Manager in meeting schedules and safety standards. You will train associates, direct daily activities, and prioritize backorders in coordination with Logistics and other manufacturing teams.
The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and Spanish language ability. Evening hours are 3:00–11:30 PM with possible Saturday work.
