United Business Bank is seeking an Employee Experience Partner to own onboarding, employee engagement, and lifecycle programs, while providing operational support across HRIS and employee records. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, managers, and leaders to welcome, connect, and empower employees.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, professional HR certification preferred, and 3+ years in HR/People Operations.
