Eastern Shipbuilding Group, Inc. seeks a Talent Management Specialist to design and deliver learning solutions, assess needs, and collaborate with internal teams to grow talent. You will design training, develop content, and support LMS implementation and usage.
You will also drive talent reviews, create IDPs and provide leadership coaching, applying adult learning theory and strong stakeholder engagement across the organization.
