Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing & Brand Coordinator plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives that drive attendance, membership, sponsorship value, group sales, and brand awareness for the College Football Hall of Fame. This position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, web, advertising, promotions, events, and public relations. The Marketing and Brand Coordinator is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences while ensuring marketing projects are completed on time, on budget, and aligned with organizational goals.
Role, Responsibilities, and Key Performance Areas
Campaign Execution
Coordinate execution of integrated marketing campaigns supporting attendance, memberships, special exhibits, events, group sales, education programs, and private events.
Manage campaign timelines, creative requests, approvals and deliverables.
Maintain seasonal marketing calendars and campaign timelines.
Digital Marketing
Own website updates and landing page maintenance.
Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including audience lists, scheduling, testing, and reporting.
Support paid media campaigns by organizing assets and communicating with agency partners.
Monitor campaign performance and compile regular reporting.
Content & Creative
Coordinate photography and video needs.
Assist in developing engaging written content for blogs, newsletters, social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Own updates for on-site digital signage and promotional screens.
Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
Maintain digital asset libraries and marketing resources.
Partnerships & Promotions
Support sponsor activations and fulfillment of marketing deliverables.
Coordinate promotional partnerships with community organizations, tourism partners, schools, colleges, and corporate partners.
Assist with promotional events and media opportunities.
Analytics & Project Support
Track campaign performance, including attendance, engagement, email metrics, web traffic, and social performance.
Prepare recurring marketing reports and dashboards.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis as needed.
Compile data to support audience segmentation and campaign optimization.
Administration & Project Support
Manage project management software and marketing calendars.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up items.
Process marketing invoices and purchase orders and maintain related records.
Maintain vendor relationships and production schedules.
Support special projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Attributes and Abilities
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills required
Exceptional organizational, project management, and follow-up skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with Spout Social or similar social media management platforms preferred
Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms preferred
Experience with Asana or similar project management platforms preferred
Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital marketing metrics
Basic graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Experience with CRM or ticketing platforms preferred
Experience in sports, attractions, museums, hospitality, entertainment, or non-profit organizations preferred
Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays for events
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business or a related field
1-3 years of marketing or communications experience
