Marketing Coordinator: Proposals, Content & Social

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support firmwide marketing efforts, including proposals, presentations, brochures, events, photography coordination, and digital content. You will collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Team in Irvine and other Americas offices.
You will lead interview prep, manage select office contacts, and drive media and awards initiatives while producing marketing materials and coordinating photography for multiple offices.
