HDR is seeking a Federal Alternative Delivery Director to lead large, multi-disciplinary programs across the Federal sector from HDR’s Texas hub. You will coordinate design-build activities, manage technical complexity, and partner with HDR leadership to grow the federal design-build portfolio.
You will advise clients and HDR teams on regulatory, financial, and strategic aspects, deploy resources for program challenges, and mentor staff while traveling regularly to project sites as needed.
