Our Podcast was created around a simple belief: curiosity has the power to change the way people understand themselves and each other.
For more than a decade, our founders have worked with organizations across North America, helping thousands of professionals strengthen communication, accountability, trust, and leadership. Through that work, they noticed something consistent: the people who grew the most were not necessarily the most experienced. They were the ones who stayed curious.
That experience led us to believe that curiosity is one of the most underutilized tools available for personal and professional growth.
This project is one way we are bringing that belief to life. Through meaningful conversations, podcast episodes, community engagement, and authentic human connection, we are creating opportunities for people to practice curiosity, not just talk about it.
About the Role
This is a community-building role first.
You will spend your time creating relationships, connecting people, growing awareness of our mission, and helping more people engage with the brand and the curiosity mindset that inspires everything we do.
Your focus will be podcast growth, guest recruitment, community engagement, social media, content creation, and audience development.
Community engagement means showing up where people are: attending local events, setting up tables or stations, building relationships, introducing people to the program, and helping more voices become part of the conversation.
If you enjoy meeting new people, creating opportunities, and turning ideas into action, you will thrive here.

Who We're Looking For
More than anything, we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people.
You are the type of person who remembers names, follows up after conversations, introduces people who should know each other, and leaves relationships stronger than you found them. Whether you are coordinating a podcast guest, attending a networking event, setting up a community table, or responding to someone online, you understand that meaningful relationships are at the heart of everything we do.
The Strongest Candidates Naturally
Build trust with people from all walks of life.
Take ownership and work with a high degree of autonomy.
Enjoy meeting new people and creating meaningful connections.
Communicate clearly, consistently, and professionally.
Are exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
Think creatively and solve problems.
Take initiative and turn ideas into action.
Feel energized by building something from the ground up.
Are action-oriented and comfortable creating momentum.
Believe people grow best when they are invited to think for themselves rather than told what to think.
Experience in community engagement, communications, marketing, podcast production, event planning, public relations, business development, or relationship-based outreach is valuable, but curiosity, initiative, organization, and the ability to build authentic relationships matter just as much.
What This Role Isn't
This probably is not the right role if you are looking for a position where every process is already built, your work is primarily behind a desk, or your days are highly repetitive.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, communicates well, and finds energy in building relationships and creating opportunities.
Location & Engagement
Location: Amesbury, Massachusetts, with regular in-person work throughout Amesbury, Newburyport, and the surrounding North Shore community.
Engagement: Six-month independent contractor (1099) agreement.
