VP, Integrated Marketing

The Vice President of Integrated Marketing is responsible for leading the company’s integrated marketing strategy, promotional planning, and go-to-market execution across all brands and business units.

What You’ll Do
Integrated Marketing Strategy

Develop integrated marketing strategies supporting growth objectives and key initiatives.

Own the annual marketing calendar and campaign planning process.

Establish campaign objectives, audience strategies, and success metrics.

Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Campaign Planning & Go-to-Market Leadership

Lead campaign development from strategy through launch and optimization.

Oversee campaign briefs, go-to-market planning, and launch readiness.

Coordinate execution across brand, digital, lifecycle, social, creative, PR, and operations teams.

Improve campaign effectiveness and speed-to-market.

Business & Cross-Functional Leadership

Serve as the primary marketing lead for company-wide promotional initiatives.

Partner with executive leadership and operations teams.

Lead integrated planning processes and marketing best practices.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

10+ years of relevant marketing experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Proven ability to drive measurable business results through marketing initiatives.
