Senior Technical Writer - DoD Technical Orders Lead

L3Harris Technologies in Colorado Springs seeks an experienced Lead Technical Writer (L4) for the Ground Based Radar Digitization (GBRD) Contract. You will lead end-to-end technical order lifecycle development and oversee TO content creation with DoD compliance across MIL‑STDs, TO 00‑5 series, and related directives.
You will mentor writers, coordinate with engineering and logistics SMEs, and ensure timely deliverables for TOs, including PPRs and ETIMS submissions.
