DO YOU FIT?
You're a shooter and an editor someone who's just as comfortable behind a camera as you are in a timeline. You don't need someone to hand you a shot list to know what good footage looks like, and you don't need a second pass to know when a cut isn't working. You take ownership of the full production process and care about the final product as much as the first frame.

You work fast without getting sloppy. Managing multiple projects, hitting deadlines, and keeping your file structure clean aren't things you have to think about they're just how you operate. You communicate well with a team, take creative feedback without ego, and know how to translate a concept into something that actually lands on screen.
