About the Role
The role owns the organic and paid search acquisition engine, optimizing search presence to drive high‑intent traffic, leads, and pipeline. This role sits at the intersection of technical site health, content strategy, and paid media execution, ensuring that search channels operate as highly efficient growth drivers.
Working closely with engineering, content, and product teams, the position acts as the resident expert on search engine algorithm updates, structured data, web performance, and paid bidding strategies. The goal is to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and secure top organic rankings for highly competitive industry keywords.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute end‑to‑end SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic traffic, conversions, and paid search performance
Conduct continuous keyword research, competitive analysis, and search behavior mapping to identify content gaps and optimization opportunities
Monitor, diagnose, and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, site speed, indexing, XML sitemaps, and structured data markup
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, focusing on budget allocation, bid adjustments, ad copy A/B testing, and quality score improvements
Build and maintain performance dashboards in GA4, Google Looker Studio, and SEMrush to track channel ROI, CAC, and pipeline contribution
Collaborate with the content team on on‑page optimization, backlink strategies, and landing page conversion rate optimization (CRO)
What We Are Looking For
3–6 years of hands‑on experience managing SEO and SEM/PPC campaigns for B2B or B2C technology companies
Deep expertise with SEO/SEM enterprise platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Ads
Strong technical understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript rendering, and web architecture impacts on organic search performance
Proven track record of managing multi‑thousand dollar monthly paid search budgets with positive ROAS and CAC efficiency
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
Bonus: Certifications in Google Ads or Google Analytics, and basic SQL or HTML experience
