What You'll Do As office staff, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by ensuring the accuracy and quality of field work.
Responsibilities Make a high volume of outbound quality assurance calls to verify completed work.
Review and completed work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Document findings and communicate quality concerns to management.
Upload, organize, and maintain spreadsheets and electronic records.
Enter data accurately into databases and tracking systems.
Assist with scheduling staff.
Provide administrative support as needed.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and professional phone presence.
Comfortable making a large number of outbound phone calls daily.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors and inconsistencies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Requirements Valid driver's license.
Ability to travel with growth opportunity with new contract.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Must have laptop.
