About Miles & Odyssey
Miles Partnership is the largest destination marketing agency in the US. We aim to be the most strategic, creative, and loved. We craft stories that connect travelers with our clients’ brands. Odyssey is the Content Studio within Miles Partnership that works with brands across the tourism industry and beyond to create authentic storytelling through digital, social, brand, and/or entertainment-first content.

About the Job
We’re looking for a seasoned creative thinker who knows their way around a concept board and a film set, who will both strategize dynamic entertainment-first creative, as well as lead and develop great crews throughout the production process for TV series and short films produced within our content studio.

A Creative Producer is an instrumental role responsible for the creative we produce and will collaborate with internal & external producers to execute dynamic and engaging tourism-related entertainment content.

This role requires strong skills across creative strategy and development as well as execution: from whiteboard to big screen, casting to wardrobe, collaborating with clients to directors, and everything in between. We need someone who is passionate about producing world‑class entertainment content across a variety of styles, budgets, and timelines.

Everyone at Miles/Odyssey gets their hands dirty. Fair warning: you’ll probably be on a plane to oversee creative on set, hold a boom or the hands of client, talent, and crew… on occasion.
