Regional Sales Professional

Conduit Search is partnering with a rapidly growing construction/paving company, headquartered in Delaware County, PA in their search for an individual who is passionate about sales. Must have experience in marketing, lead generation, and maintaining CRM system. Previous marketing and business development experience is required.

Company Information:

Utilize CRM system to track leads, prospects, existing clients, etc.
Follow the Sandler Sales Process
Must be outgoing and enjoy the social aspect of meeting with prospects and existing clients
Participate in lunch and learns to educate prospects and clients about our products and services
Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients by being actively involved in industry organizations.
Attending trade shows, happy hours, networking events, annual awards events, and charity events
Being actively involved in different committee's in associations we are involved with
Utilize Measure Map AR, Loom Videos, and other helpful technology provided by the company
Analyze asphalt issue areas and figure out time, material, equipment, production and labor estimates for the project.
Prepare detailed proposals to be submitted to clients.
Consult with clients, vendors and others to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
Prepare bid packages, estimates and analysis of subcontractor bids for projects of any size and complexity.
Physically measure, assess the condition, and formalize estimates for commercial projects.
Prior to job startup, review with Operations in regards to project plans, specifications and review the project startup list to insure that each item is done.
