What we are looking for:
We are seeking a

Videographer & Social Media Content Editor

to lead the creation, editing, and optimization of organic social media content across multiple digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly creative, technically skilled in video production and editing, and deeply familiar with how content performs across modern social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You will be responsible for capturing and editing short-form video content that strengthens brand awareness, increases engagement, and supports organic audience growth. This includes turning ideas, conversations, and raw footage into compelling, high-performing social media content.

Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for organic social media channels

Develop creative concepts in collaboration with marketing and leadership teams

Capture high-quality video content (interviews, office content, storytelling, brand moments, etc.)

Edit raw footage into engaging, platform-optimized social media content

Add captions, transitions, graphics, sound, and effects to enhance storytelling and retention

Optimize content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms

Stay up to date with social media trends, viral content formats, and platform best practices

Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form social assets

Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content

Manage multiple content projects from concept through final delivery

Monitor content performance and apply insights to improve future production and editing strategy

Support ongoing organic growth initiatives through consistent content output

The salary range for this position is

$55,000 - $75,000 , with annual performance-based raises and benefits. Starting pay is dependent on candidate qualifications, work experience, and skillset.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. During the Orientation Period, the role will be fully in-office, with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. After the Orientation Period, employees will transition to a

hybrid schedule

of three days in the office and two days working from home. Additional details about schedule flexibility and other benefits will be shared during the interview process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and hands‑on video production / social media experience

2+ years of experience in videography, video editing, or social media content creation

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Ability to capture engaging footage in both planned and fast‑paced environments

Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual editing skills

Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and audio capture

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize content production needs

Strong creative instincts with attention to detail and brand consistency

Experience working in a highly regulated or compliance-sensitive industry is preferred.

15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year during their first five years of employment, increasing to 20 days after five years and 22.5 days after ten years. PTO may be used for vacation, personal, or sick time.

All Federal holidays as paid holidays. Currently, there are 11 paid Federal holidays, though this number may be updated if new holidays are established.

Birthday Celebration Day (BCD): One paid 8-hour holiday annually for your birthday; available after completion of the New Employee Orientation Period.

401(k)-retirement plan with a 6% company match. For every dollar you contribute, we will match up to 6% of your compensation.

Fun celebrations, including company-sponsored contests, birthday bonuses ($100 on your birthday), work anniversary bonuses ($100 for each year of employment, for example, on your 3rd anniversary, you will receive $300), and various other celebrations throughout the year. Additional Information

We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible but can be flexible on the start date for the right candidate.

The interview process includes in‑office interviews with 2-3 members of our leadership team (45 minutes each) as well as a brief online aptitude test.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check and drug test prior to beginning their employment.
