Join Our Client’s Dynamic Creative Team as a Creative Project Manager

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $30 - $35
Responsibilities
Lead all branding and direct-to-consumer marketing projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery of creative assets.
Act as the primary liaison between cross‑functional teams, including Merchandising and Creative Services, to align project priorities with business needs.
Oversee and curate marketing imagery, maintaining organization on servers and sourcing assets as needed.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to gather and provide product information, ensuring alignment for campaigns.
Develop and maintain comprehensive content calendars for email and web initiatives, garnering internal consensus.
Manage creative briefs, from inception through QA, ensuring accurate and comprehensive submissions.
Oversee seasonal Figma boards, upload final imagery to NuOrder, and supervise retouching processes for digital assets.
Schedule and facilitate meetings including product reviews, marketing updates, and planning sessions.
Collaborate on the development of seasonal marketing strategies, decks, and campaign plans, supporting adhoc projects as required.
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in creative project management within fashion, retail, or advertising agencies.
Proven success managing multiple projects in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe InDesign; advanced technical skills preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities.High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred.
Must reside within the Natick area; relocation candidates will not be considered.
