Contract CRM Program Lead Campaign Manager

INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency in Huntington Beach, is seeking a freelance Account Supervisor to join our CRM team. This contract role runs from 8/3/26 to 11/9/26 and is a hybrid position with three days in-office local to SoCal.
You will lead day-to-day CRM initiatives, manage budgets, mentor junior staff, and partner with Strategy, Analytics, Production, and Technology to drive client outcomes.
