Category Growth & GTM Strategy Director

Dorman Products is seeking a Sr. Director of Category Management to lead a team of Category Directors and drive growth across our automotive product portfolio. You will shape go-to-market strategies, align SBUs with channel plans, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
This role reports to the VP of Commercial Operations, with a focus on delivering disciplined execution, market insight, and sustained profit growth for customers and Dorman.
