The City of Kodiak is seeking a full‑time contracted exempt City Manager to serve as the chief administrative officer. Under policy direction of the City Council, the City Manager plans, directs, manages, and oversees city operations and enforces adopted laws and ordinances.
This role requires strong leadership, budget and policy experience, and the ability to engage citizens. Residency is required within the city during tenure.
