Forus is seeking a high-ownership, high-output recruiter to act as an embedded retained search partner, working directly with the CEO and senior leaders to build our organization in New York. You will own searches end-to-end, calibrate candidates, and lead external firms when needed, while building long-term talent markets and relationships.
